Paid subscriptions (Collector and Investor tiers) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the account portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: scraping data at scale, attempting to manipulate market data, impersonating others, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our service: email address, name (if provided via Google OAuth), and usage data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store credit card details. Session data is secured via encrypted JWT tokens.
Card names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (The Pokemon Company, Konami, Bandai, Panini, Topps, Wizards of the Coast, etc.). PullPortfolio is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card manufacturer or grading service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullPortfolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, any purchasing or selling decisions made based on information provided by the platform, or any unauthorized access to your account.
